Our care workers were asked:

How happy are you in your role: (90% of all staff answered they are happy in their role)

We also asked our staff if they were satisfied with the following:

The training they receive- 87% said that they were satisfied

Their Hours of Work- 85% said that they were satisfied

Line Management- 85% advised they were satisfied

Communication within the business - 75% advised were satisfied and happy with the level of communication.

We asked what our staff liked about working for the organisation and we have included some of their comments below:

The trainers are a credit to the company.

I like the people, I like that we strive to deliver good quality care and that we are moving forwards and looking to build on our successes to make sure the future is secure for our staff and service users.

Flexible hours, support and great managers.

My two line managers are excellent, they are dedicated and hardworking, they do TLC proud.
